I have known Alex on a professional level
for the past six years. 

During that time I have contracted Alex for work and have
recommended him to others. I have every faith in his abilities and praise his
excellent standard of workmanship. 

Alex will very much continue working for me during the
final restoration of my own home. 
Having proven to be an amiable person and excellent contractor and I would not
hesitate to recommend Alex further to anyone thinking of employing him for
general building alterations and maintenance.

Alexander Rodway General Builders recently helped us make
better use of our attic. They installed a loft hatch, insulated and boarded the
floor and insulated and clad the walls/eves. 
They did an excellent job, it all looks great and there woodwork in particular
was exceptionally neat and thorough. They also made good and cleared up
after themselves. Perhaps most importantly of all though, they were extremely
reliable – Alex Rodway always did what he said he would and turned up at
the time agreed. We are pleased with the end result.
